  THE TIGHTHEAD Lincoln Knights - Book One by Charlie Novak Release Date: August 13, 2024 Review Oh geez, I am completely smitten with Mason and Ryan as a couple.  They are just so sweet together, and I loved the progression of their relationship. No crazy drama, but also not fluffy. It’s full of delicious steam, great banter and lots of exploration. They were also tender and caring. Supporting each other in only the way two people meant for each other can. They were really good at communicating, not so good at hiding their feelings and activities! Mason is a sweet golden retriever of a man - strong, thoughtful, and he makes me mushy. Which is a perfect pairing for Ryan - Legs. The fabulous, self-assured, and talented drag queen. Straight and having feelings for his brother-in-law - talk about awkward!  This is a slow burn as Boone processes his divorce and subsequent changing feelings for a man, let alone his ex-wife’s brother.  I adored Boone, and have been so excited about his story, he’s a fantastic man and a lovely father. I feel protective of him. As such I want to have some words with Shooter. LOL It’s definitely a forbidden romance, even if not entirely, which definitely makes for some angst and a lot of push and pull.
