UNLOVED The Unlucky Ones - Book Two by Marley Valentine Release Date: December 21, 2023 Review Marley’s bio should read - “I’ll gift you a couple of books a year, and they will wreck you. And you will thank me for being the writing sorcer that I am.” Because you will, at the end of the tears and heartbreak, when she pieces your heart back together again, you will thank her. As I started reading, Unwanted (Book One) came flooding back to me and I immediately wanted to wrap them all up in a hug because we knew they were in for a bumpy ride. Lennox has felt abandoned too many times in his life, and now his entire life is about to change. But in a silver lining, it brings his brother home, and more importantly, brings Sam and Rhys and him together. Despite Rhys’ struggles, he’s a breath of fresh air in a tense and emotional situation. And Sam is such a wonderful pitbull, ready to protect Lennox and never leave his side, and even love him from afar if necessary. This is full of emotio...

COVER REVEAL: Unloved by Marley Valentine

Release Date: December 8 From USA Today bestselling author Marley Valentine comes an all new emotional, hurt/comfort, polyamorous romance.    We longed. We lost. We loved.  Desperately .   I thought I had my life all figured out. But after a college football accident leaves me deaf, I was learning how to live all over again.    I expected the anger, the frustration, and the struggle to readjust, but what I didn’t expect to happen amongst the chaos, was to fall in love.    Especially not with two men.     Rough-edged puzzle pieces, Rhys, Samuel, and I were nothing but aching memories, painful realities, and hidden scars.    We were products of our pasts, abandoned and unloved, messy and complicated. Individually we had baggage; together we had mountains to climb.    But when the three of us were tangled up in one another, spilling secrets in the dark, hearts beating in sync, nothing else mattered but them....

REVIEW: What We Broke by Marley Valentine

WHAT WE BROKE by Marley Valentine Release Date: June 1, 2023 Review I’m pretty sure Marley Valentine broke me too with this breathtaking piece of work. The tears didn’t stop, and I mean to the last page. And yet, I couldn’t put it down. I went to sleep late and work up early to take this all in.  An absolutely amazing couple nearly destroyed by grief. Marley intersperses the present and the past beautifully. Not only does it do a really great job of moving the story forward, but it also gives moments of reprieve. Jesse is such a wonderful person. He loves with his whole heart. He’s the protector and carer of the family and he loves his role. But when he’s forced to hold his family together and fight for his marriage in the aftermath of their loss, his heartbreak will wreck you. The question is asked…who is taking care of Jesse? And Leo…wow! He makes you want to curl up into a ball right alongside him, while simultaneously wanting to scream at him. There are moments in this story wh...

NOVELLA REVIEW: Wanting More by Marley Valentine

Image
FREE NOVELLA REVIEW: This was a great novella with two very giving and caring men. I loved how in tune they were with one another and how concerned they were with taking turns to look after the other. It was super sweet. Their love for one another was only outshined by their love for Ray’s son, Miller and the care they took to make sure he came first. As with any novella, there are some things that get glossed over, details that don’t get expanded on, but in true Marley Valentine fashion, this was a beautiful, thoughtful, and touching story. Wanting More is a free novella that can be found on Marley’s website https://www.marleyvbooks.com/freebies/ Stars: 5 🕮 Wanting More by @mvalentineauthor 📚 Add to your TBR ➟ https://bit.ly/3lO9YVF Synopsis: Raising my sister’s autistic son was an unexpected plot twist in my own life. But I loved every minute of it. Even if those minutes meant everything ran on a rigid schedule with little time for anything else. I lived my life for him: software d...

Unwanted by Marley Valentine is r eleasing April 21, 2022! Preorder today on Amazon! http://mybook.to/unwantedmv Goodreads: https://bit.ly/UnwantedMM Blurb Two halves of a whole, Arlo Bishop and I were both unwanted kids brought together by the foster system. Dealing with the aftermath of neglect and abandonment, we grew up side by side and found solace in one another. We wanted. We needed. We loved. Desperately. But somewhere along the way, Arlo wanted and needed and loved drugs more. So, I did the only thing I could and broke my own heart to save his. Now, four years later, I’m back in L.A. and face-to-face with my past. Not only does the pain and hurt of our mistakes linger between us but so do our feelings. I didn’t plan on a second chance—fear of history repeating itself making it hard to forgive and even harder to forget. But with only one touch, one kiss, I was taken back to where it all started. Two halves of a whole, Arlo and I were made for each other. But we were no lo...

REVIEW: Without You by Marley Valentine

Image
Review: Damn, that was one of the most stunningly beautiful love stories. It was difficult, and tense, and sad, but also heartwarming, and loving, and captivating. You will cry, right up to the last page, for their pain and for their happiness.  You will feel for the boy who never felt he was enough.  And for the boy who knew love, but not how to live.  Through the pain and the loneliness they find each other, push each other. I’ve never re-read a book (my TBR list is too long), but this would definitely be one that I would want to. Stars: 5 Synopsis: "Tragedy brought us together, but something stronger made me want to stay." Julian was the boy next door. My brother's best friend, he fit with my family in ways I never could. While he and Rhett went on to play house, I left the only life I knew, desperate for a fresh start. Until everything changed. Heartache came along, and the aftermath of my brother's death was here to stay. I was now face to face with Julian mor...
