Miles comes to town, and things get a whole lot more interesting.  There is a definite pull between Miles and Dylan, but Miles is reluctant. Having moved here for a fresh start, he doesn’t want to cause waves and risk his job. But time spent together, and Dylan learning what he’s running from, brings these two together. And they are all kinds of lovely. And I really enjoy how they work together. I’m really enjoying this sports/shifter series. I love the mix of the two. What could go wrong? Especially when you throw in a friendly game of ‘heist’ with a neighbouring crime family, and a slightly unhinged ex. I love Holden. The kind but stern Sheriff and Axford brother. He spends his whole life being helpful and respectable. Now he’s pretending to be engaged, training for a ‘heist’, and finding himself enamoured with a family who are holding a big secret. Merritt is likable and a bit messy. Struggling to create a life outside the family business, but also loves the chaotic bunch. Still wanting someone to have his back, to support him in what he wants from his life.   IN THE FRAME The London Arts Club - Book Two by Hayden Stone Release Date: August 29, 2026 Review A dramatic start for Matty & Florian as they collide (quite literally) and combust (not literally!).  They are very different, not just in personality or how they react to difficult situations, but also in their jobs. But somehow they find common ground through agreeing to fake dates to help each other out. What starts as transactional becomes something real, until an issue arises that seems like it has no good solution.  Matty is dug in and refuses to see a way through it, except for Florian to capitulate to him. (You can probably tell I side with Florian).
