DOWNFALL Down Home - Book Six by Parker St. John Release Date: September 7, 2024 Review I love me a broody angsty cowboy story. And you can’t get more angsty than Seth bearing the brunt of a whole town turning against him after a tragedy and living the next decade in isolation. How heartbreaking to think of him struggling alone for so long. But he’s also a stubborn fool. And don’t even get me started on Aiden. He screams lost and in need of strength and safety. And when you meet his mother you’ll understand why. What a miserable woman. The history between them is long, and the journey back into each other’s lives is fraught with tension but also a number of necessary truths. And ultimately some beautiful healing. A stunning story, layered, nuanced and hard-won. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis Seth’s heart is as cold and stony as the mountain he calls home. Can his old flame Aiden thaw it, or will it be the storm of the century? It’s always five o’clock somewhere. Aid...

He’s a strong, straightforward, deeply loyal man. He’s developed a friendship with West, the young man who’s become his best friend and has always been there to lend his support. But West has secrets, secrets that make him pull away. And it becomes the catalyst for these two to figure out their feelings and how to move forward. I loved the way Michael was ready to own his feelings. It’s always satisfying when the ‘straight’ man isn’t a quivering mess over his sexual orientation. I truly enjoyed this story and I look f...
