SWEET DEVOTION Sins of the Father - Book Four by Riley Hart Release Date: July 15, 2026 Review It was great to get the story for the sister of this family-based series. Aislin is of the family, and tight with her ‘siblings’, but she’s not entirely a part of the family. And when she starts dating an amazing woman, she worries that any involvement with her family might scare Zuri away. But don’t underestimate Zuri. She’s strong, smart, and resilient. It’s a quick read, but a great addition and worth the time. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis When I first laid eyes on Zuri Alexander, I knew she was mine. And becoming more than friends was just as easy as breathing. But she doesn’t know my secrets. There’s a dark side to the family business. So, I lie to her to cover it up. I know she can feel the wall building between us, and I want nothing more than to tear it down…but the only way to do that is to share my truth with her. That the girl she’s dating is involved in organ...

REVIEW: Angel/Domino by Eden Finley (Mike Bravo Ops Novella Duet)

Angel Domino Mike Bravo Ops - Novella by Eden Finley Release Date: January 8, 2026 Review Two really great novellas, especially if you’re familiar with the Mike Bravo & Famous series. First, we get Angel, aka Angel of Death, sniper and all-around baddy on the Mike Bravo team.  She’s got a unique vision for happy ever after, which I love.  In her quest to find the one that is perfect for her, she meets Jamie. Together they are hot, sweet, and sometimes hilariously oblivious. The second story is Maggie.  She’s out of the army, co-raising two children with one of our favourite couples, and feeling adrift in who she is now. Till her bodyguard…that she very much didn’t want, until she got a good look at Domino. These two go from hot and heavy in closets to the dreamiest happy ever after. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis ANGEL I love my life, but seeing my Mike Bravo teammates find their happily ever afters reminds me of how much I want my own. Why is it ...

REVIEW: Impact by Nikki Markham

Review: Leave it to Kate (or Nikki Markham in this case) to pop my FF romance cherry. That’s what happens when you love an author enough to follow them where ever they want to take you. And the writing of this one was pretty spectacular. I would rate this at about 10 hot tamales out of 5. Spicy and kinky and a really great story of self-discovery and trust. These two have such a great connection and really I enjoy a new sub dynamic, I love the learning and exploration. I also like that despite the power dynamic they both help each other to love and accept themselves as much as they love each other. They were sweet and hot in equal measure. I’m not sure FF will ever be a genre I read much of but I'll definitely continue to read whatever Markham writes.
