It’s got everything you could want from a short story. Though it covers a short period, it feels like you’ve known these characters for a while.   BLONDILOCKS by Nick Christie Release Date: December 20, 2020 Review Blondilocks by Nick Christie is a gay erotic short story. And let me tell you, it was as fun as it was filthy! A modern-day fairytale retelling involving three leather-clad men who share a house, and the punkish twink who stumbles into their kinky den. Like the prize that he is, all three have their way with a very willing Blondilocks, in what is a night of filthy hot good times. And I'm pretty sure he deemed them all 'just right'.   IN THE PICTURE Army Awakenings - Book Two by Nico Flynn Release Date: January 19, 2023 Review Another neat short story by Nico Flynn. How to tell if someone is in love with their roommate. Look at the photos on their camera! All it takes is a good razing from his friends for Chase to realize he may have a thing for his roommate and best friend Noah. But how do you subtly find out if they may have a thing for you too? This is a snippet of time, so you don’t really get their backstory, but it’s not necessary to get a feel for how close they are, and it was fun to see the moments when they finally figure out their feelings. I enjoy Nico’s short stories a lot.  Looking forward to what comes next.   ALL HIS BROKEN PIECES by West Greene Release Date: February 1, 2023 Review I’m wow’d by this short story, and I do mean short at under 30 pages! Despite the length, I was invested in these two by the end (and maybe fanning myself a little too!). It was like a little amuse-bouche of romance. Noah and Lincoln were explosive together, which shouldn’t be a surprise given they haven’t seen each other in 4 years, and there have been many more years of pinning. Lincoln is only home for a couple of days before being deployed again, but he’s on a mission of his own…to make Noah his. I’m excited to read the next book in this series of pie-themed short stories.
