PRETTY BLACK Pretty Broken - Book Five by JR Gray Release Date: May 25, 2023 Review "We were bound up in a death pact. He couldn't survive the pain of this world, and I wouldn't survive without him." There are so many gem moments in this final book. Truths are finally shared, understanding and compassion are found, and paths are set on a different trajectory. PRETTY F*CKED Pretty Broken - Book Four by JR Gray Release Date: April 27, 2023 Review I’m dying. This was so good. Caspian and Iris will break me. Their story is raw and powerful. It’s dark, but there’s still hope mixed in the love they share. The story jumps between past and present, as we finally get to delve into the tumultuous relationship between Cas & Iris. The toxic culture of music, managers & fans is not a place for love to flourish, or mental health for that matter.  Cas’ glass half full view of the world is at odds with Iris’ reality. A reality that takes an incredible mental strength to get through day by day. These two have a toxic codependency that sometimes seems bleak, but could also be a beautiful love if they can find a way to truly understand each other. Pretty F*cked is part of one of Cas & Iris’ story. Their story can’t be told in just one book.
