CALVIN Almstead Island: Newcomers Club - Book Two by Kerry Kilpatrick Release Date: January 28, 2025 Review Almstead Island is an idyllic community to so many, gorgeous, and queer-friendly. It’s no wonder Micah made it the place to rest at the end of the day. This was a good daddy/boy read with two guys from different worlds who weren’t previously a part of the community but fell into it so naturally. Despite the disparity between them, they found a deep love and respect. It wasn’t an easy road, they both messed up, their pasts and backgrounds colouring their actions, but with the help of friends they found their way and it made them stronger. They are both likable, even more so once they both stop guarding their hearts and emotions. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis What could go right with an inexperienced Daddy and a boy who’s scared to help him learn? Calvin Between my tech firm and family’s endowment fund, there’s no shortage of people trying to get close to me. O...

He can come across as grumpy but he’s battling crappy family and a limited social battery, so it’s no surprise he wants to keep to himself in the beautiful nest of a home that he’s created.  Will is everything that Beckett needs, and vice versa.  It doesn’t mean that they fall wildly in love the moment they set eyes on each other though!  They have to work for. Will has to climb some steep walls to get to Beckett, but it’s totally worth it to see them both flourish. And Beckett’s parents can rot in the hell of their own making! Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis What could go right with a social worker Daddy and an injured boy? Will As a social worker on Almstead Island, I've come to understand the hidden battles people face. But seeing Beckett injured shook me. Behind his tough exterior, there's a...
