ROWAN A Daddy for Christmas Series by Colette Davison Release Date: December 16, 2025 Review Rowan gets his Christmas wish when a snowstorm strands him and his crush on the side of the road.  And what better way to make a move than the desperate need to keep each other warm! This is a fast-paced, heart-warming, and very steamy romance of a boy and a daddy finding their one. His (kind of) boss is his grumpy daddy dream come true. And thankfully, Damon feels the same for Rowan. Finally finding the boy who is perfect for him; happy, lovely (with a touch of bratty) Rowan not just brings him love, but also returns his love of the season. It’s sweet, cute and quick. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis When my brother jets off on a last-minute holiday, leaving me to run our business, my plan to avoid Christmas is left in tatters. The bright side? Is there one? I don’t really do bright sides. Making use of my brother’s flashy car and his driver, Rowan, is a plus. Sort of. U...

REVIEW: Delicious Chartiy Anthology: Part One

Image
DELICIOUS Anthology Release Date: May 27, 2025 Review I feel like a food-themed anthology was made for me! And the list of authors is *chef’s kiss* But it’s also a hefty one, so I’ll be back with more as i keep reading. A HOT DISH: ANNABETH ALBERT I love when an ‘I only do casual’ guy discovers he has, in fact, been dating and *gasp* has feelings! Especially a silver fox neighbour. Ah, the power of a thank you casserole. I’m going to have to try that technique. Mount Hope is such a great town, with some of loveliest, sexiest couples.  PIECE OF CAKE: BETH BOLDEN The Moretti’s have the unwitting power to make anyone fall in love. That’s not always the superpower it would seem. Sometimes it brings yummy pavlova, other times it’s a fruit salad being pelted at you! FEEDING THE GRUMP: JAX CALDER Oh, oblivious, grumpy farmer!  I love their neighbourly ‘food war’ they were having in between bickering. It’s absolutely adorable. DELICIOUSLY COOKIE: VAWN CASSIDY Vawn’s ‘Belong To ...

REVIEW: Limitless Love Anthology

LIMITLESS LOVE ANTHOLOGY by Aurora Crane, Abrianna Denae, Elouise East, MJ Green, Sage Abbott, Colette Davison, EM Denning, JL Gribble, Leigh Kenzie, Michelle Notaro Release Date: June 11, 2024 Review I love stories about polyamoury. Not just because I find it beautiful, but because it forces me to see love and relationships in a different light. And this anthology included a lot of stories that went beyond the throuple, which I see less of and really enjoyed.   The anthology also covers a bunch of different tropes which is fun. FALLING ON SCHEDULE BY SAGE ABBOTT 4* A beautiful exploration of a couple looking to open up their relationship to be with another couple. I loved the way their lives intersected, giving it a bit of a fated feel.  It was very honested and real, while also being sweet and sexy. THE TWO THAT GOT AWAY BY AURORA CRANE 4* Keenan is sweet and in love with two men, but he doesn’t believe he can have either, let alone both. But he doesn’t have to w...

REVIEW: Take the Plunge by Colette Davison

TAKE THE PLUNGE by Colette Davison Release Date: June 22, 2023 Review Kian and Jett find themselves handcuffed and abandoned at the lakehouse by their brother/best friend Rufus. For the record, I would no longer be friends with Rufus after that stunt! But it was definitely a quirky way to start a story. Jett is pessimistic, closed off, and a workaholic. He’s got a good reason for being so singularly focused. He needs a push to get outside his own head, and maybe even think about opening his heart again. Kian on the other hand is an open, friendly and cheery man who’s willing to take risks and enjoy life. He’s what Jett needs to see another way to live.  Ultimately it’s a cute story with some sweet characters and a quirky storyline. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis One weekend could lead to forever if Jett can take the plunge. Jett didn’t expect to spend the weekend trapped in a remote holiday house with his best friend’s brother. As they try to pass the time, Kia...
