REVIEW: Wanderer by Jax Stuart (Greyhaven #1)

Image
WANDERER Greyhaven - Book One by Jax Stuart Release Date: September 28, 2026 Review Loved this engaging, wild world that Jax created. A paranormal universe, a haven town, and a whole lot of drama! I absolutely love Greyhaven and its misfit crew of locals. And Gareth and Riley finding their fated mate when Riley is trying to escape an abusive MOFO who's placed some super toxic and cruel curses on him. While they work through Riley’s problem, they are also trying to keep the haven safe from attacks and figure out how they can be together. It’s fast-paced with all the action, but also super sweet, and a little chaotic! Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis Previously released as Cursed at Christmas, Wanderer is the first book in the Greyhaven series. It has been completely reworked with more than 15k in additional content. Some names and plot details have been changed. Welcome to Greyhaven, a sanctuary town where supernaturals of all kinds can find a home and love. For Riley,...

REVIEW: The Baker and the Kraken by Ellie Ash (Celebrations with Mythical Mates #1)

Image
THE BAKER AND THE KRAKEN Celebrations with Mythical Mates - Book One by Ellie Ash Release Date: September 11, 2026 Review A reminder that hate and fear are taught and a good friend can snap you out of such ridiculousness. Adam is a witch and a baker who is talented but also extremely clumsy! Which is definitely not helped by the hot guy watching him across the room. Calder immediately knows who Adam is to him, but I love that he courts him, that it isn’t an insta-love relationship. They took their time to fall in love, time for Adam to believe someone could love every clumsy inch of him. It’s a really cute story and a lot of fun. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis Can a happily ever after start with a faceful of cake? Adam At 32, it’s safe to say that Adam isn’t growing out of his awkward and accident-prone phase. Unbreakable charms and mending spells only help so much, and past experience has taught him that no one wants to put up with him for long. He loves his job at...

REVIEW: The Human's Heart by Michele Notaro (Brinnswick #2)

Image
THE HUMAN’S HEART Brinnswick - Book Two by Michele Notaro Release Date: August 20, 2026 Review So great to get the continuation of this cute couple. Still trying to figure out how to be together, trouble finds them, and though horrible, it also helps find a way forward! This book also greatly highlights the amazing found family this world is created on. And lovely to witness both of them find themselves settled within it. Great story. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis I know Zay’s scared of losing me, but I really, really don’t want to become a vampire. Who would want to drink… that for the rest of forever? Blech! With my and Zay’s viramore bond complete and our lives settling down after what happened over the winter, it seems all my mate can think about is impending doom. Or rather, the fact that I’m human and mortal and he isn’t. It’s not that I want to grow old and die. It’s not that I want Zaos to wind up alone. Not at all. It’s just… being a vampire is so, so, so...

REVIEW: Ctrl+Alt+Orc by MA Wardell (Love at Labyrinth Solutions #2)

Image
CTRL+ALT+ORC Love at Labyrinth Solutions - Book Two by MA Wardell Release Date: July 21, 2026 Review Delightful. The whole world is wonderful and the characters are delightful, just as i expected from MA. Greg, our IT guy, is cheerfully adorable. Always making sure to be ready to solve Sean's computer problems. I mean, above and beyond! *wink wink* Sean is slightly grumpy, but it’s no match for Greg’s cheer, care, and candies. Their courtship is cute and chaotic and I loved the whole thing so much. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis Your computer has stopped responding. An orc will now reboot your heart. Greg IT is supposed to be about systems, servers, and keeping chaos at bay. But then Sean Rivers walked in—human, grumpy, and a disaster with technology. Suddenly, patching servers comes with heated glances, playful banter, and some very hands-on troubleshooting. He’s got my world of logic and code crashing spectacularly… and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Sean I di...
