We also get some amazing autistic and asexual representation. Prisca loses her anchor and friend Angus. Kauri had been there as the doctor through the process. All those hours, helped them build a connection. In the aftermath, when she feels like she’s drowning, but Kauri helps her navigate the overwhelming emotions, and how to move forward. How to live again, while still remembering. Together the embark on a road trip to honour Angus, and somewhere along the way, they find a future together. It’s a really beautiful story.   SADDLE TO SUNUP The Darling Brothers - Book Three by Emmy Sanders Release Date: December 18, 2025 Review Saddle to Sunup gives me Fool Hearts vibes.  Best friends, pinning, and an unending commitment to supporting and loving each other. Emmy writes those epic love stories that span a lifetime incredibly well. Stories that will stick with you forever. And Lawson and Oakley are two such men.  The Peter Pan theme was heart-warming, and the oldest Darling brother finally finding himself and a love that is perfect for him is everything. The Darling family is chaotic and loud, and love hard, and I enjoy them all immensely, but there’s something about the quieter caregiver, who is terrible at asking for help and care for himself, getting all of that and more from the perfect-for-him Oakley. They have to learn to trust that their friendship can be more, but when they do…hearts in your eyes, fireworks explode, house cow distribution system finds you, and Santa brings you everyth...
