AUDIO REVIEW: The Spooky Life by SE Harmon (The Spectral Files #4)

THE SPOOKY LIFE The Spectral Files - Book Four by SE Harmon Release Date: April 18, 2022 Audio Release Date: September 6, 2022 Narrator: Kirt Graves Review Danny and Rain’s banter is perfection! Such a fantastic couple. Solid despite the craziness that Rain’s abilities bring to their lives. The pending wedding drama was a lot of fun, but also highlighted how connected they were and what they would do for each other. And the case was super intriguing. The ghosts in this series aren’t the innocent types who just wander halls at night. And your constantly guessing how they are going to solve the case and the ghost involved. This is an amazing pairing and series. I want them in my life, as friends. Warm and funny. And if you are into audiobooks I highly recommend this series. Kirt Graves is talented and brings the boys and their spooky companions to life. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis Rain Christiansen isn’t sure he’ll ever fully understand the supernatural. But he’s f...

AUDIO REVIEW: Tempest by Kiki Clark (Silver Oak Pack #1)

TEMPEST Silver Oak Pack - Book One by Kiki Clark Release Date: April 23, 2024 Audiobook Release Date: August 22, 2024 Review If I can’t have more Kincaid Pack, I’ll happily take the Silver Oak Pack. A pack of cats who live largely in isolation. With a newer Alpha in charge, and the chaos of the council being dismantled, it has made the pack a bit unsure about how to move forward. That is, until an eagle shifter lands in their territory, clearly in need of protection. Not to mention that Cash and Ore are fated. But regardless of the fact that they are fated, these two take their time, and it’s a swoony as it sounds. Dating and learning about each other, building a strong relationship beyond their connection. It’s a warm and protective story, and oh, so sweet. And it brings so much hope to the pack.  Not to mention, lots of opportunities for more great stories. I’m also pleased to tell you that Kiki has continued with Kirt Graves as the narrator. He’s a fantastic talent who ha...

AUDIO REVIEW: The Witch and His Doctor by Kiki Clark (Kincaid Pack #6)

THE WITCH AND HIS DOCTOR Kincaid Pack - Book Six by Kiki Clark Release Date: May 16, 2023 Audio Release Date: June 11, 2023 Review It’s over *throws fit* I will be starting a petition to demand that Kiki continue the Kincaid Pack series!!! Seriously it’s a big pack, there are plenty of people left to write about, surely. *sad face* This has been one of my favourite series, and it definitely ended with a bang and a swoon. Doc has been a steady presence throughout the series. Strong and compassionate. A bear shifter with a gorgeous heart. I so wanted him to find love. And he found it…in one of the most complicated men to enter the Kincaid Pack. Damien has an endless number of secrets that run the risk of ruining his life, but even as things begin to unravel, he stands strong and fights, even when it would be easier to run. That’s partly because of who he is, partly because of how the pack made him feel welcome, but in large part because of Carter. His mate. Not only do these two ha...

AUDIO REVIEW: The Enforcer and His Heart by Kiki Clark (Kincaid Pack #5)

THE ENFORCER AND IS HEART Kincaid Clark - Book Five by Kiki Clark Release Date: July 7, 2022 Audio Release Date: September 2, 2022 Review “‘I think I loved you before I even met you. You are my whole reason for existing, the breath in my lungs, the blood in my veins. You are my whole heart.’” A big ole sappy pile of pinning for these two gorgeous men. I can’t imagine knowing who your fated mate is and feeling like you can’t do anything about it. And possibly having to do the one thing your mate wouldn’t be able to forgive. "The injustice of knowing he had a true mate out there, someone who was the perfect match for him, and not being able to be with him had to be the most tragic thing to ever happen to him." Sweet Nico - such a beautiful man. Kind and compassionate. And he’s oh so cute when he plays with the kids, especially Rosie. I want my own wolfie!  This wolf-witch pairing had quite the journey, but it’s also full of amazing dates, and smoldering chemistry. And the sto...
