REVIEW: How To Say I Do by Tal Bauer

Image
HOW TO SAY I DO by Tal Bauer Release Date: June 10, 2023 Review So many feelings for this one!! It’s the perfect summer read. I was completely entranced by the whole story, every character, every moment. It’s such a vivid story, full of complex beautiful people. "I was in love. Heartbreakingly and profoundly in love. I loved him, I did, even in such a short time. I knew it wasn’t supposed to be possible." You will fall in love, have your heart broken, and fall in love all over again. And trust me it’s not just Noel and Wyatt you’ll fall in love with. Wyatt’s family will have your whole heart too. I’m not even sure how to put my thoughts and feelings in writing. So many things take place. How they meet. How they part. How they find each other again. Wyatt’s heart and strength. Noel’s lack of belief that he’s worth loving. Liam’s (Wyatt’s brother) fierce loyalty. Wyatt’s parents. The ending. All of it was so much more than I could have dreamed of. I want to read this again, a...

REVIEW: Enemy Within by Tal Bauer (The Executive Office Series #3)

ENEMY WITHIN The Executive Office - Book Three by Tal Bauer Release Date: March 28, 2017 Audio Release Date: November 11, 2020 Review The third book in the Executive Office trilogy. It’s as heart-pumping and nerve-racking as any political thriller movie I’ve ever seen. Madigan is set to destroy the world. Everyone believes President Jack Spires is dead. But really he, Ethan, Russian President Sergei, and a trusted team are on a mission to end Madigan and his army. This is action-packed. And though Jack and Ethan are at the centre of this whole story, there are also two other incredible love stories being told along the way. Enemy Within and the whole series have so many layers and subplots, that it’s impossible to not be engrossed in this story and wholly invested in its outcome. I loved this as an audiobook. John Solo does a fantastic job pf making you feel like you were watching it all happen. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis The White House, infiltrated. The presid...

REVIEW: The Rest of the Story by Tal Bauer

THE REST OF THE STORY by Tal Bauer Release Date: January 8, 2023 Review Oh man, I have no idea how to put any of this into words.  My mind is a complete jumble of emotions over this. This doesn’t follow the expected paths. In short, this is a story, not just of two men, but an entire team finding love. Love of themselves, the game, and each other. It’s a redemption story. Despite some darkness, it is a hopeful story. One that will make your heart grow three sizes. Morgan has been traded to the worst team in the league, the Outlaws. It’s the team players go to fade into oblivion. It’s the kiss of death to a career. But what he finds there, is worse than he could imagine. And for some reason, they think he can help. He’s ready to walk but it’s not just the hopeful looks of his teammates…it’s the beautiful rookie Shea that keeps him tethered there. What follows is an incredible story of love, healing, and purpose. I adored Shea and Morgan both. They are amazing people and fit s...

ENEMY OF MY ENEMY The Executive Office - Book Two by Tal Bauer Release Date: August 31, 2017 Audio Release Date: October 20, 2020 Review John Solo is fantastic in this role. He perfectly captures the heart-pounding action along with the heart-pounding steam. Not to mention the beautiful love between Ethan and Jack. And Sasha and Sergei. And Adam and Faisal. This whole book is one big ball of anxiety! It’s chaos all around. Hearts are broken. Attacks are coming from every direction. Few can be trusted. Agh, this took me longer than normal to listen to because I kept needing a break from the stress of it all, LOL. It feels like all may be lost, for the world, and our beloved President and Frist Gentleman. Heartbreaking we have to trust they find out what General Madigan is planning and find their way back to each other. Can’t wait for book 3, we have definitely earned ourselves a happy ending. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis An affair that stunned the world. Two men, c...
