  PINING FOR THE PRINCE Fang and Fae - Book One by Rebecca Cohen Release Date: July 25, 2024 Review A wonderfully intricate world of Fae, Vampires, and all other manner of paranormal beings. It’s a slow burn - taking a long time for these two idiots to finally confess their mutual crushes. All the while we get to experience the world and its characters through a case involving a stolen artifact and some dangerous drugs. Oh, and some fake dating! Because nothing is more fun than two pining people torturing themselves while pretending to date. The case they are working really helps to highlight the structure of the society and the different worlds they inhabit. It’s full of hierarchy, judgment, and plenty of magic, including some very creative spells! A great escape into a unique world.
