  CONSEQUENCES Crimson Bonds - Book Four by Abrianna Denae & Leigh Kenzie Release Date: August 7, 2025 Review An amazing series - but also the most anxiety-inducing one I’ve ever read.  The chase to find the bosses and figure out who’s after them, the shifting loyalties, broken hearts, new loves - all of it twisting and spiralling, and you get so many different perspectives, meaning you feel everyone’s emotions.  Seriously, I need a drink to even open each book! And I still don’t know how I feel about the blending of the two families - I mean, I love that they are finding their people (all over the place), but then I worry about the families losing themselves, but also, I want to see them all in one big cuddle pile. I’m super curious to see how Abrianna and Leigh sort it all out at the end. Though I feel like I need them to slip me a spoiler before I completely spiral.   UNSETTLED Crimson Bonds - Book Three by Abrianna Denae & Leigh Kenzie Release Date: June 20, 2025 Review I don’t know if I never want this to end, or I need it to end immediately because I am STRESSED! But Book 3 gave me a sense of things working out for our mafia families. But I’m still hanging by a thread, waiting to see how it all settles in the end. As the two families continue to blur the lines, they are getting closer to finding the heads of their families. Tensions were high in the previous books with relationships causing some strife, and though tensions are still there, it felt like they were also finding some peace.   SHIFTING TIES Crimson Bonds - Book Two by Abrianna Denae & Leigh Kenzie Release Date: April 17, 2025 Review I’m not gonna lie, this series is STRESSING me out - as events unfold, allegiances and relationships shift, which result in pain and hurt feelings, along with all the usual chaos of mafia, violence, and kidnapping.  The struggle of the patriarchs being gone has left everyone struggling. Including me.  Seriously, I’m glad the books have a break between releases so that my anxiety can settle. LOL It’s a multi-person story which fits perfectly with the scenario of the two families being intertwined in a battle for their lives. Not to mention their shared partners and how that affects relationships and roles. The writing is great, and the characters are super fascinating and well-developed.
