If you love rivals, this will be a good time. I like Leif. Though he got caught up in the rivalry, he’s a calm presence, though is also a little closed off. From everyone. I can see why the opposites attract theory would work for him. I’ll admit, I don’t love Tanner. He’s the kind of guy who takes pleasure in making someone else uncomfortable. Not caring if he’s sharing private information. Hiding behind his chaotic, ADHD nature. He grows on me, but I never love him.  I love that they’re happy and working together to make their world of hockey a little more accepting.   EMBRACING HIS SHAME Naughty In Pendelton - Book Two by Brigham Vaughn Release Date: May 21, 2021 Audio Release Date: April 21, 2026 Review Such a great story.  I love a kink story that pushes me a bit. Forest’s needs are definitely far from my own, but watching this controlled and proper not just fall apart in an intimate way, but also breaking through the walls he has up when it comes to the idea of a long-term relationship. Finally accepting that he can have both. It’s like an epiphany. And Jarod, finding someone worth fighting for!! Gah! I also really enjoy the juxtaposition of what they get up to set against our expectations of a small town. They may be naughty, but they are also really sweet together. The series is narrated by James Edward Jones, and I’m enjoying every second of it. He’s talented and does a great job at differentiating the characters. And James Edward Jones is a wonderful narrator, who really captured the characters and the vibes of the series.
