REVIEW: Smoke Screen by Jacki James (Station 69 #2)
SMOKE SCREEN Station 69 - Book Two by Jacki James Release Date: September 25, 2024 Review I am completely stressed out about this arsonist!! The personal attacks, the fear…STRESSED! But what doesn’t stress me out…Andy and Jesse. They are wonderful. I love a story of growth and self-discovery. Andy struggled after his parents died, he kind of lost himself, but he’s found a job her loves and gives him purpose. But his job also highlights his need for a Daddy. And who better than Jesse. The lovely man is perfect. Strong and caring, and meets people where they are. Especially Andy. Who needs someone to recognize that he both knows himself and will let him let go when needed. “Being with Jesse had changed everything for me. He made me feel safe, loved, and most importantly, he made me feel like I could be myself—no pretenses, no walls. Just Andy. Just his boy.” PS. I adore the whole Station. They are all so wonderful and so close. I love it. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsi...
