I love that Ronan found his person and a life that he’s excited for. He deserves to find happiness and excitement.  He’s a sweet guy, although definitely insular and resigned. There are some wild times and a huge learning curve for this human/selkie couple. I didn’t adore Milo, he felt way too much like a toddler, but he definitely made things interesting!   BETWEEN THE BLUE LINES by ML Goodlow Release Date: April 7, 2026 Review This was a good first book, and I enjoyed the world that the author created. The connection between the two men was tentative. Tristan has been burned in the past, so he is reluctant to make friends, let alone have a romantic partner. But Austin is patient but persistent. This is a point of tension that threatens their relationship but it’s resolved well. I’m intrigued enough to read the next book, and to see more of the team.   SACRED VIRTUES Sins of the Sacred Series by Jem Wendel Release Date: June 3, 2026 Review This was a really wonderful premise, the history of the dissolution of a monastery.  It’s a fascinating world, and really intriguing characters. Especially being gay in both the age but also being in the monastery. I would definitely be interested in more from this world. My only hiccup was that the language sometimes felt too modern for 1539. Especially the intimate moments.   BETWEEN THE PIPES The Games We Play - Season Two by Kate Bauer Release Date: January 2, 2026 Review Between the Pipes is a short MMM romance.  The shortness makes doing MMM even harder - trying to develop three characters in a novella is tricky. So while I did enjoy the book and the characters, it felt like it was missing some meat to the story. The mix of men is fun, and I enjoyed their varying journeys and life experiences. I made them an interesting blend and gave them many ways to connect and support each other.
