REVIEW: From A to Us by Amy Aislin (Vermont Trailblazers #3)

Image
FROM A TO US Vermont Trailblazers - Book Three by Amy Aislin Release Date: October 6, 2026 Review Love this story.  It’s wonderful and wholesome, and just damn good. Mutual crushing and so much love and support between them.  Eli is struggling with his ‘sophomore slump’ worried he doesn’t deserve his spot, and Nolan holds some childhood fears of not belonging or being worthy.  And though they need to work through these things, their relationship is easy and sweet. They are also surrounded by some great side characters that help make the story so wonderful. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis Eli worked his butt off to earn a spot with the Vermont Trailblazers, and he has absolutely no intention of losing it. Unfortunately, his second NHL season has brought a sophomore slump, an endless parade of team obligations, and the possibility that enthusiasm might not be enough to keep his plates spinning—or keep him from being sent to the minors. So naturally, this...

REVIEW: Rowan by Colette Davison

ROWAN A Daddy for Christmas Series by Colette Davison Release Date: December 16, 2025 Review Rowan gets his Christmas wish when a snowstorm strands him and his crush on the side of the road.  And what better way to make a move than the desperate need to keep each other warm! This is a fast-paced, heart-warming, and very steamy romance of a boy and a daddy finding their one. His (kind of) boss is his grumpy daddy dream come true. And thankfully, Damon feels the same for Rowan. Finally finding the boy who is perfect for him; happy, lovely (with a touch of bratty) Rowan not just brings him love, but also returns his love of the season. It’s sweet, cute and quick. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis When my brother jets off on a last-minute holiday, leaving me to run our business, my plan to avoid Christmas is left in tatters. The bright side? Is there one? I don’t really do bright sides. Making use of my brother’s flashy car and his driver, Rowan, is a plus. Sort of. U...

REVIEW: Twin Firs by Paul Bright

Image
TWIN FIRS by Paul Bright Release Date: August 30, 2024 Review Super interesting style of writing. It follows Ethan and Leo, but the perspectives of some of the other characters are peppered in throughout. Including some one the animals. Which actually works better than you’d think. A mountain resort brings together train agent Ethan and Leo, one of the visitors. It’s not a completely smooth sailing relationship but the draw between them is strong enough for them to keep working through the obstacles and chaos thrown in their way. With a lot of quirky characters and a really intriguing setting, I found myself enthralled and unable to put it down in the end.  It had taken me a little while to get into it, but I ended up staying up way past my bedtime to finish it. I’m definitely intrigued and ready to see what else the author brings us. Add to your TBR List GOODREADS LINK Synopsis Train station agent Ethan Tremblay believed he'd never find the perfect man to love. Elementary s...

REVIEW: Thrill by Kristian Parker (Pleasure Seekers #1)

Image
THRILL Pleasure Seekers - Book One by Kristian Parker Release Date: April 5, 2024 Review This story had a really fun playful vibe to it. And though it did contain some difficult topics and struggles, ultimately these two were flirty and sexy and brought a smile to your face. The friends/roommates were equally entertaining and offer some fun stories to come.  And really what do you expect out of a story that is based on two employees of an Adult Toy company? What starts as casual exploration and product testing quickly becomes something more. Danny struggles with figuring out his future and what he wants out of life, so Tyler offers a great distraction, although as feelings grow, it adds to the mix of confusion over his wants and desires.  Tyler is the new man on campus, and he is kind and accepting of those around him, so it’s no wonder he draws people in. Except his mother, whom he can’t seem to please.  They’re a highly enjoyable couple, who while learning a less...
