Dealing with regrets and the idea of losing a loved one is something we can all relate to, and around the holidays that can heighten those feelings. But Alex addresses it with love, tenderness, and some fun, which keeps it from making it too sad. Instead, leaves you feeling peaceful and grateful. Blair is an architect whose life has been caught up in the race to achieve his goals, create a successful practice, etc. Along the way, he’s let his relationship slide with his grandfather. When he’s brought back to the quaint town he loved as a child to see the man and help him with his wish list, he’s also introduced to the very sexy, kilt-wearing carer.
