REVIEW: Fancy Love by Ariella Zoelle ( Good Bad Idea #3)

Image
Review: This is a classic Ariella low angst sweet and swoony romance, and probably one of my favourites so far. Rune is grumpy, lonely, and closed off. As a famous model he’s grown jaded by people’s intentions, no one sees the real him. Until he meets the very adorable optimistic Callum. Who doesn’t just see and accept the real him, but loves and embraces the history nerd. I loved that these two required some convincing from their friends/family that they should accept their feelings and go with it, but once they overcame the fear they were fantastic. Also, I’m not going to do a deep dive into the French Revolution, because, wow!, I’m fascinated. 🕮 Fancy Love (Good Bad Idea Book 3) by @ariellazoelle 🔖 Add to your TBR ➟ https://bit.ly/3zVAZhx Synopsis: Callum O’Rourke Someone as young and inexperienced as me didn’t stand a chance with a playboy like Rune. Yet despite being total opposites, I’m lucky enough to call him my friend. To want anything more than that would be greedy, ...

REVIEW: Make Music Together by Ariella Zoelle

Review: Ariella is really good at writing angst-free, insta love stories. This is a part of her Harmony of Hearts series that involves a famous Drummer and a shy geek. It’s fluffy and light with a whole lot of steam, love, and lace. If you are in the mood for an easy read with a lot of ridiculous swear words and goofiness, this is the one for you. I generally like at least a little bit of angst or tension, but there’s definitely some appeal to just having simple fun now and then. Stars: 3.5 🕮 Make Music Together by Ariella Zoelle Synopsis: It all started with a song. Two neighbors singing duets in the shower finally meet at an open mic night. Sparks fly, but will it lead to true love? Levi Benowitz The walls in my new apartment are so thin that I can clearly hear my neighbor singing in his shower. Sounds annoying, right? Well, believe it or not, he actually has a really great voice and doing duets with him is quickly becoming the best part of my day. We've never met, but the hop...

Review: Sunnyside works it’s magic again! If you are looking for a light, insta-love, no angst book between a famous musician and a commoner, this is the one for you. Especially if you like your books steamy. Iason will only believe in love if it’s delivered by the stars. Enter Orion. It must have been meant to be. Even straight Orion can’t deny the cosmic pull. Iason is willing to follow his dreams and he won’t give up without a fight. Orion is shy and an overthinker but Iason makes him want to dream bigger. Throw in a uber-fan sister, an insta-family, and a very grumpy best friend, all for a fun time. It’s a fast-paced, easy read, with a lot of steam, and is super sweet. It’s a nice read for when you need a break from heavier stories or are not up for a lot of angst.
