WICKED HEAT Chicago Heat - Book One by Ella Frank Release Date: February 22, 2022 Review I adore Ella Frank’s writing, but she’s one of those authors I tend to hoard and spread out reading over time. Chicago Heat is finally on my TBR. This two-part series is Ryan and Jameson’s story, and book one was so good! I love a contemporary story with a fate vibe, and these are on a collision course to each other. Add the opposites attract feel and you just know these two will be combustible. There’s a lot of feeling and emotion, especially Jameson who’s so closed off and alone. It leads to an amazing push and pull between them. A friendship and romance that burns slowly. It ends on a hopeful note, and I can’t wait to see how it ultimately ends. The audiobook is narrated by Charlie David, who was new to me, and he was perfect.
