Review

I can’t imagine being in a competitive sport and not just competing with opposing teams, but also your teammates coming up to replace you!  I’m stressed thinking about it.


But this book gives us a swoony take on that competitive relationship. When veteran player Louis finds himself spending a lot of time with his up-and-coming replacement, they find a connection beyond hockey that neither expected.


It’s a lovely story, sans any major trauma/emotional crisis. They are thoughtful, caring, and super happy in their little bubble. It’s just an all-around heartwarming romance.

Harper Robson grew up dreaming of being a writer, but that didn’t work out until she was in her mid-forties.  Along the way she worked in marketing, software development, and spent more than a decade as a stay-home mom.


She grew up in Vancouver, BC, but feels most at home in the leafy green suburbs of Seattle, Washington.


She is mom to two pre-teen boys and two adorable but very naughty Yellow Labs.  Her husband works in the tech industry, and he makes her laugh every day.

A true PNW girl, Harper loves the rain, but is always planning her next beach vacation.

Her favorite things include classic rock, watching the Seattle Kraken, her two dogs,  and drinking champagne for no reason at all.

  ALL I FEAR All’s Fair - Book Two by Abrianna Denae Release Date: September 19, 2023 Review protective, possessive and violent men.  Tennant and Hollis are an incredible pair. Kinky in the wildest way, they are everything and I adored them (even if slightly disturbed too).   Roman is heir to the Amato family and Tennant, as second in command, must shape him into the man he needs to be to one day takeover. Roman is a bit bratty and wild. Truthfully I don’t really care for him, but he certainly makes for an interesting dynamic to both Tennent and Hollis’ lives.
