REVIEW: Silent Night Stalker by Courtney W. Dixon (The Naughty List Series)

SILENT NIGHT STALKER

The Naughty List Series

by Courtney W. Dixon

Release Date: December 3, 2025

Review

I wasn’t sure one could pull off a romantic holiday serial killer story, but I’m pretty smitten with these two.

Abuse has left Constantine with an altered notion of helping and care, and things take a turn when he tries to help a man who doesn’t want it.

Enzo is reeling from the death of his found brother, and desperate to figure out who did it.  He works for a criminal organization, so he's definitely not an angel. Except to Constantine, he is.

This unexpected duo are really quite a beautiful couple, and Enzo’s care for Con is pretty lovely.  Their first Christmas is a bit unconventional, but it works for them.

Synopsis

There’s a serial killer in our midst.

They call him ‘The Silent-Night Stalker.’ Every Christmas Eve, he chooses one person to kill. He leaves behind no trace of himself, so the cops have no leads.

And now he’s chosen me.

It’s Christmas Eve, and I’m the serial killer’s next target. While I grieve the loss of my best friend, the Stalker breaks into my home and tries to kill me. He thinks he can subdue me... however, he’s not the only criminal under this roof.

But this man isn’t who I expect him to be. He’s no hardened killer. He’s definitely unhinged, but he’s also meek and desperate to be controlled. How does someone like him become a killer? And what does it make me when I understand him and give in to him, dominating him in ways he’s never experienced?

About Courtney W. Dixon

Courtney W. Dixon loves to write erotic romance. She writes both m/f and m/m stories all in one series to add a variety to her characters. Though there are erotic elements to her stories, they are rich with relationship growth. Even those enemies to lovers, a favorite of hers. Her characters are filled with deep POVs with trouble pasts, full of depth and emotion. She tries to give them complexity and growth as their stories move. And her favorite is to break her main characters down to lift them back up in order to give them their HEA's.

Courtney is also a mixed media artist who's primarily been focused on writing lately. You can find her working in Central Texas with her husband, two boys and two crazy dogs, none of whom know how to knock on a door while she's working.
