Review
I have to say I quite enjoyed this spicy, fun story. It’s not a romance by standard definitions, but there is plenty of love and passion, and Schuyler’s journey was extremely satisfying.
From a single point of view, we meet Schuyler, back in Bairwick, living with his fabulous, quirky, and fiercely loving uncles, coming off a divorce that has left him raw and hurting. He commences a journey to return to dating. Complete with hot nights and disappointing men. He comes across an intriguing young man, Issac, who awakens love and magic for him.
Things get complicated when secrets are revealed, but something he never thought he’d get comes out of it.
If you love some queer magical spice, you will enjoy this one, because you can get really creative when magic is involved!!

Synopsis
The quiet town of Bairwick is entirely populated by witches, a haven where they practice their craft in peace.
Among them is Schuyler Croy, who happens to be the most cliché romance novel trope there is. He’s forty, handsome, newly divorced, no coven, career in the toilet, and has moved back home with the Guncles who raised him. Nowhere to go from there but up, right?
After reclaiming a little of his lost mojo, Schuyler reacquaints himself with Bairwick and his past, as he struggles to face the future. Enter the insatiable twenty-something, Issac Carrow, a perfect distraction. He’s arrived in town to perform a complicated ritual and enlists Schuyler’s help.
Along the way, they experience magical sexual encounters with Schuyler’s old acquaintances, mystical hijinks lead them to deep-forest orgies and Analmancy! With all these bawdy passions building to a satisfying and explosive climax.
Sex Magic has rarely been as audacious and unexpected.
About Eric David Roman
Eric David Roman spent twenty years wandering the wrong paths; he tends to get lost a lot (he’s from Florida). He worked the wrong jobs (as it turns out, streetwalking is not a profession for just anyone) and avoided his true passion—writing, or as he refers to it, shotgunning sleeves of gluten-free double stuff Oreos in a dark closet whilst crying. After hitting a low point while trapped in retail management hell (a harsh rock bottom), he rearranged his thinking (now with 75 percent less anxiety and depression), got a little spiritual (but isn’t all in-your-face about it) and switched his focus fully to writing; well, as much as his gAyDD allows. And now, you’re reading his bio, so things are progressing nicely. He is the author of the outrageous novella Despicable People, the new novel Long Night at Lake Never, and multiple upcoming works. Eric remains socially distant in Northern Virginia (don’t stalk him, you’d just be disappointed), where he lives, writes, and loves a mix of all things horror, campy, and queer. He spends the days with his adoring husband and loveable cat (both of whom remain indifferent to his self-proclaimed celebrity).
