Review

Nerd tutoring the jock is a classic. And hockey player Killian is an obsessed sweetheart.

Maddox is determined not to like him or fall for him; jocks are a source of pain for him. But really, there was no way not to fall for him in the end. It took a while to get there, to build trust, and see that Killian isn’t his past. And once they did, they were pretty darn cute. And their epilogue was wonderful.

There’s some serious drama involving them (not between them), but it’s part of what makes them stronger in the end.

Overall, a neat story.
