Just a really sweet second-chance romance full of adorable furry friends.

It was a summer fling that broke both their hearts. Now Arlo is back, and though it might not be smart to become friends, they can’t seem to stay away.

They are both really great guys; no one was the bad guy, no one needed to change who they were, they just needed to trust that the second time could last, and time. Time to build a friendship.

There’s also a great family component to it, with some fun cameos.

P.S. - Rodey the Parrot needs his own book, or maybe a serial newsletter feature; he’s hilarious.

Synopsis

Arlo Wright is coming home.

Three years after leaving the only place he’s ever felt himself, Arlo moves back to Gaynor Beach, California, and this time it's permanent. After a hellish few years of trying to pretend he didn’t leave a piece of his soul behind when he left at the end of that fateful summer, Arlo is choosing to live for himself, and no one else.
