Review
Such an endearing story. Full of humour and warmth. I chuckled and smiled the whole way through. It is full of the best kind of small-town characters, quirky, nosy, and completely loveable.
It’s written from a single-person point of view, and though I would love to see things from Bobby’s point of view, it was great to really delve deep into Chris’s perspective and understanding. And meeting Bobby and the town from his point of view.
Bobby is the kind of man, you underestimate, but he’s beautiful. He is happy with his ‘simple’ life, but he also has dreams. And a willingness to be in the moment and live for now. It’s a humble bravery that I would fall for.
This story passed in no time, a true pleasure to read. And I suddenly have a fetish for a man in overalls.

Synopsis
Firefly Valley, the perfect escape while this scandal blows over.
Until my last movie flopped, the papers called me the next big star in Hollywood. Now, the paparazzi are on my heels, digging up every skeleton in my closet. Thankfully, nobody in this town seems to care about my career.
My personal life, on the other hand…
When the owners at my bed & breakfast take an interest in my love life, keeping a low profile is impossible. Even the lady at the grocery store asks if I’m seeing somebody. Most of all, why does everybody in this town insist I attend the fall festival?
While my agent secures me the role of a lifetime, a burly handyman clad in flannel catches my attention. The town is already whispering about us. Nobody needs to know I’ve already seen him naked and played with his… tool.
I need to stay out of the spotlight, but in a town that loves gossip… I’m doomed.
More Reason to Stay is a M/M, snarky romance with an HEA and no cliffhangers. It features the hilarity of small towns and plenty of steam, but not always in that order. This is book two in the Bears of Firefly Valley.
About Ryder O’Malley
Superheroes stories are at core of Ryder O’Malley’s origin story. Refusing to read as a child, everything changed with the first stack of comics. He has always been a fan of forbidden romances within the pages of comics. It should be expected that he’d turn around and start writing his own stories filled with sexy, super, man-on-man action. Ryder’s novels draw on his own experiences as a gay man in search of love.
Ryder lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. When he’s not writing, he can be found working on client book covers (which means he’s admiring the abs of muscular men with a little bit of chest hair.)
