Review
Ooph, that was one sexy novel!! I’m still blushing.
They met New Year’s eve and sparks flew. No matter that Ryan was straight. He can’t stop kissing Darian, and touching. So much touching! For someone who’s never dated a man before, he makes an incredible boyfriend.
I loved the pacing of this story. Being along for the ride as they make their way to boyfriends. And as they each try and sort out what their future will look like. They come to a crossroads, and it requires a few tears to get through (theirs and mine)
For the record, I’m on team Ryan. I think Darian was in the wrong and should have been the one to grovel.
Also, I still hate Kristen! LOL

Synopsis
Ryan
Happy New Year to me. My best friend just got engaged to my twin brother, leaving me feeling more alone than ever. I’m stuck at the vineyard for the New Year’s party, surrounded by happy couples and tragically without a date. My lack of midnight kissing partners changes when a gorgeous man with glossy pink lips gives me the most toe-curling, lust-inducing kiss of my entire life. I’ve never met a man so stunning as Darian.
Darian
It's painfully apparent I've fallen for a straight guy, but after the way Ryan Kingston kissed me on New Year's Eve, I couldn't let him walk away. He's never been with a man before, much less a man like me who likes pretty silk shirts and fruit-flavored lip gloss, but he's taking it all in stride and so am I. Between ice cream dates, shopping trips, and exploration between the sheets, he’s pretty good at convincing me that maybe we could be the real thing.
But my dreams are bigger than the vineyard, bigger than him. And when the opportunity of a lifetime lands in my lap, I can't turn it down. It doesn't matter that the job of my dreams will put an entire country between us. I know, sooner or later, Ryan is going to remember he's straight and call things off between us.
Except… he doesn't. In fact, Ryan is telling me something I never expected to hear. He isn't straight anymore, and now he wants to be my boyfriend...for keeps.

About EM Denning
E. M. Denning is a Canadian author and lover of gay romance.
I was born in the '80's in small town Canada, and I still live there. I have three kids, a husband, and a cat who is in his twilight years. I love writing and I especially love writing gay romance. I had a friend in my teens who was deeply closeted and I often think of that friend, and how different his youth would have been if there had been the books and acceptance that are out there now. The world isn't perfect, not yet, but I hope to make it brighter.
