JR loves a tortured relationship! And Dominic and Vinkettin could have a more tumultuous relationship if you tried. Werewolf and day walker, their kinds are enemies adjacent and though they are fated they fight it, knowing Dominic's pack especially will not be happy about, it and could possibly kill Dominic for it.
On top of that the pack is being hunted.
This paranormal romance is all kinds of tense and powerful. And the mysterious element keeps you wanting more.
"He fisted a hand in my shirt. Anger was not the reaction I expected. “I knew before you walked the earth, your soul was bound to mine, and I know this life won’t be enough.” He believed this, truly, in his bones. “Where ever you go I will be able to feel you, and I will find you, I can promise you this. When not staying up all night writing, J.R. Gray can be found at the gym where it's half assumed he is a permanent resident to fulfill his self-inflicted masochism. A dominant and a pilot, Gray finds it hard to be in the passenger seat of any car. He frequently interrupts real life, including normal sleep patterns and conversations, to jot down notes or plot bunnies. Commas are the bane of his existence even though it's been fully acknowledged they are necessary, they continue to baffle and bewilder. If Gray wasn't writing…well, that's not possible. The buildup of untold stories would haunt Gray into an early grave, insanity or both. The idea of haunting has always appealed to him. J.R. Gray is genderqueer and prefers he/him pronouns.
