REVIEW (Part 1): Heart2Heart Anthology

Image
HEART2HEART Vol 8 Anthology Release Date: November 3, 2025 Review I love this series because it brings together a wide variety of styles and simple premise that allows for a whole slew of story ideas to match. From needing a ‘date’ to a funeral to dog sitting rescue dates to hitman to the rescue!  Reviews Part 1: 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐠-𝐜𝐥𝐞 by Becca Seymour : 5* They are as adorable as the dogs! Though thankfully less chaotic. An unusual use of a dating app leads to the sweetest dating ever. Two men looking for a real connection, and each thinking they’ve struck gold. And they have! 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 by Briar Prescott: 5* Oops! Mistaken identity, meddling family, and a well-timed broken elevator turn into one swoon-worthy and perfect happily ever after!! I would love a bonus scene for when Eli meets Raf’s brothers! 𝐀 𝐇𝐨𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 by C. Rochelle: 5* My first by this author. I loved their writing style. Their descriptive style w...

REVIEW: Winning You by EM Lindsey (Words We Never Said #7)

WINNING YOU Words We Never Said - Book Seven by EM Lindsey Release Date: November 3, 2025 Review Gah. The ending.  I'm melting into a puddle of sentimental goo!  Honestly, Lucas is the story we long needed. He's such a presence.  Unapologetically himself, fierce, but also soft and kind to those he loves. And he found the best kind of man for him. One that doesn’t walk on eggshells around him and is willing to apologize when he messes up. Although maybe a few eggshells could have been used in their first meeting! Frankie is a good man who can’t help but do the right thing, even if he’s exhausted and lonely.  First, it was his teenage brothers, who have grown into good men. Then he gets a call that they have a baby sister who needs a home. He may be an excellent caregiver, but having a partner who can cook, help raise the little girl, and love him is something he could only dream of. Also, I may have to adopt the art of nest building in my living room on a rough...
