Sooo, I thought I had read book one, turns out I hadn’t, and though it left me a little confused for a while, I was hooked once I caught on.

It’s a fascinating and creative storyline, and I’m totally invested in these young men. And boy does it end on a ‘wowza’!

Alexei and Matteo have fantastic chemistry. I love the tentative nature of their friendship and partnership of sorts. And then, when they finally see the possibility of more, wonderful.

All while dealing with magic and everything that comes out because of it. Which is nothing less than chaotic. Sign me up to read the first one and impatiently wait for the next.
