Ooooph, this sucked me right in. From their meeting in prison to their interactions through the ranch and beyond with anti-trafficking missions, I was hooked.

This was my first Kelly Fox novel (not for any good reason, she’s been on my TBR for ages), and I can tell you I’ve already downloaded the audiobook of Rebel Sky Ranch book one so I can start getting caught up! All the characters are super intriguing.

I have a love/hate relationship with professional power dynamics. They make me cringe, but I can’t stop reading them. LOL. This takes us a delicious step forward adding a bit of dom/sub power dynamic to the mix between this therapist and ex-con. *fans self*

Loved how their relationship developed and the dynamics of it both in the real world and in bed. All surrounded by the fascinating world of people who, on top of their day jobs, work to put an end to human traffickers and helping their victims.

Seriously, this was a ride with a really awesome central couple. I’m completely invested in this ranch and its people.
