Review

Oh my…Ezra and Danny have my heart! 


They are such a wonderful pair. Who make magic together. The way they light each other up, give each other a safe place to land, and generally just bring joy to their lives.


Individually, they are good human beings dealing with their lives, feelings and baggage. And it makes you root for them both.


I especially love Danny’s story in relation to his teammates.  It was a really neat journey to witness.

When I finally admit my attraction to men might be more than just curiosity, I start questioning everything about myself. I’d always been told I couldn’t be gay and play rugby, but my teammates are proof that isn’t true.

Now I’m fixated on all the filthy things Ezra, the Knights’ hot, older Head of Marketing, might do to me. Maybe I shouldn’t be flirting with him, but I’m too intrigued to stop. Ezra’s life is as messy as mine, however when he offers me a safe way to explore my feelings without judgement I can’t resist.

Neither of us is here for a relationship, and neither of us is ready for one… So why does Ezra make me feel things I’ve never experienced before?

Charlie lives in England with her husband and a dachshund named Biscuit. She spends most of her days wrangling other people’s words in her day job and then trying to force her own onto the page in the evening.


She loves cute stories with a healthy dollop of fluff, plenty of delicious sex, and happily ever afters – because the world needs more of them. Charlie also believes that love comes in all shapes and sizes.


Charlie has very little spare time, but what she does have she fills with cooking, pole-dancing, reading and ice-hockey. She also thinks that everyone should have at least one favourite dinosaur…
